I'm no good at animating sprites that are slightly-top-down. I can make them, but not animate them. And I need to make them now;

I wanted that monster to take one of his arms (i don't care which) to draw back and slash forward, at something that is at the same elevation as his face, but in front of him (far in front of him). If someone would animate that, or give me an example of how to do it that would be great. Perhaps with commentary on each frame, or something.
