This is for a Pixel Joint challenge. I don't have much time until the deadline, but I plan on working on afterwards anyway. This uses the C64 palette, but not the video mode restrictions. Curtis is currently missing, obviously.

Something about the outlining is troubling me. Seems it could be...cleaner somehow.

Nice pic, but blogger does not allow hotlinking.

That said, the red aa on the blue balloon does not work.

I like the nice and clean minimal approach :)

I really like this a lot more than the cliche evil clown joker kind of thing, the style is really appealing too, it's very clean. :)
