Title: I'm bored and what should I do to make this look good?

Had some time over and thought that I would pixel a character for a future game but I'm not totally happy with it.

The only thing that I'm qualified to comment on is her feet. The other one should be somewhat visible because it can't completely be unseen like that unless she's in a very uncomfortable stance. Also the hair needs some work, I just don't know what to do to it. It needs to be more hairish, becasue now it kinda looks like a yellow rock....and it's huge

My first impression of this was, great palette, pitty he hasn't made the most of it.. atm it is very flat, it's as if you've only thought about Making what you've got smoother, which is really uneccisery as it doesn't even look as if you have a lightsource..
Use that blue you've used for AAing the highlights to add more depth to the character, same with the hair, those colours work so well.  ;).
Just think about how the character body will react to the light around.. And you can't go wrong,

Im rubbish at feet, so ignore that on my edit..  :-[

oh and don't be afraid to use a colour other than black..

also there are probably some anatomy issues, but it looks great to me..
