looks clean and sharp.   maybe the outlines are a little too heavy?
i wouldn't bother doing that to the sword blade either, too small, just looks blurry. 
now that i zoom in i'm actually confused... what is on his other arm? is it wooden, or maybe the profile of a shield?  might need some clarification (not in thread, in the picture).
this is nice for low color, good contrast of both color and tone.

Some AA on the pants would help a lot in the more colorful version.  (And in the low color version but you can't AA much without adding colors, you know what I mean :P )

Feels a wee bit pillowy, though you seem to have some hints in your work that suggests your light source is coming from above.. so I did an edit!

thank you for the edit, yah you solved the that problem with the shoulders, i couldn't get them right, so after a couple try's i just left them, dithering them never even came to mind either hehe
