Title: Starving Dark Elf Prisoner [WIP]
Post by: Cow on December 06, 2006, 01:59:27 am
WIP of my entry for the Palette Workshop challenge #2.

What I have so far. Not too much left to finish.

Progress animation. [some of the colors on the color wheel disappear. oops.]

Things I'm gonna fix:
-Chest lighting is very poorly done.
-Shoulder on the left needs to be brought down.

Critique would be appreciated. I won't be able to make any changes for a little while, 'cause I'm working on my Secret Santa thing now. And that takes priority.

Are those...webbed armpits?

They're supposed to be massive armpit hair bushels. That'll be more clear once I edit it again. :y:

The way you shaded it makes the chest look like a big bent bronze sheet. You could do some interesting stuff from that starting point...

The face looks good, but the back of the head lacks depth. One more shadow tone would really help there.
