Working on a punch attack for this big guy. Only a model at the moment though.

The frames.

It's missing something that I just can't place.

looks like it needs some follow-through. Look at Hugo's (Street Fighter 3) hammer mountain attack.
-
Check out this link for Hugo's movements:

Ok I've looked at the move, but I have no idea what you mean.
-
Okay, very very fast edit. I totally have to run so I can't really explain it, I'll see if I can edit in more info later.

Mozzy- When he swings he keeps the arm going until he cant any more. Not only does this keep him from holding back on the swing but it also emphasizes his weight.

I'm trying to make his attack more about power than speed.
-
Exactly. Without the follow-through it looks like he's holding back just for the sake of not following through,

Final version:

any objections?
Also this is going a lot slower than it should, maybe its the amount of frames.

I think he stays in the air for too long when hes about to punch the ground, and I still think it looks too weak.. But the update is a improvement!

Just a few things to consider :] The timing is absolutely lousy in the browser, so I suggest you open it up in your editor and compare the two animations frame by frame. Watch the footing too!
-
Ah that's much better, thanks.
-
Um holy crap...that made it so much more powerful!! I'm gonna post some stuff now, thanks for the inspiration everyone in this thread.
