My eyes are instantly drawn to her shirt instead of her face, maybe try toning down the specularity of the clothing?

I remember this. Looks a lot better, esp the skirt. Face is really good too.

Now howabout fixing those damn feet so they don't look like wooden legs?

EvilEye, how do you suggest I change the feet? I don't like them much now either, but I'm kind of stumped...

Style mismatch but that's my best shot. Feet might be a little big too, but I was going by the original size.

They read more like actual boots now, if you don't have them go all the way up to the skirt, but show some more leg in-between (:crazy:) they'll read even better. The foot shading looks weird somehow, like the curve from the shin to toetip is waay too steep.

i have no crits  :) level of pixeling is great, colors are good and pose is fine, only some a small design edit:
