So I was trying to create an 8-framed walking animation and is also my first "barely-acceptable" pixel art. I'd like to know how I could improve it. Thanks!

Generally, when people run, they lean forwards. At most, they keep their upper body more-or-less straight. He's got his shoulders and upper back pulled back.

This works if you're trying to create a cartoony "strut," he looks very old-cartoony here. I'd slow it down some though, maybe half the speed it's at. There's also not enough hip motion, try to work in some of that! Hip rotation is an important part of how we walk!
