I made this fan made Pokemon sprite:
Info:
1ST: I used 4 colors in the palette
2ND: There are 6 frames of animations
Questions:
1ST: Did I use too much dithering or too less or enough
2ND: Did I use too much AA or not enough or enough
3RD: Does the sprite look like a flame / spirit & does it loop well?
Here are the frames:

What kind of pokemon is it supposed to be? A fan-creation pokemon? Not a pokemon at all, and just kind of taking the style for an asset?
It seems to just be kind of a regular old flame.
It definitely looks good to me, I'm just not sure what it is.

It supposed to be like a ghost / fire type and the white circle in the center is supposed to be its eye. I made it just to try to improve in my pixel art. though I might need to change the eye.

Yeah, that seems like a good idea. It reads less like an eye and more like a "core" for the flame.
I'd turn it into an actual stone eyeball, or perhaps some kind of symbol thing like the eye of horuss.
Lotta ways you can go with that!

Here's my take on the eye problem and what eye (get it?) think it should look like:

EDIT: is someone going to reply? or is that it.

Lookin' good, except one thing:
Pokemone sprites DO use dithering, however you seem to have over-used it :D
Good job nonetheless

Okay. So should i remove it or use less? ???
Edit:
Reply anyone?

Use less :DD
