Found the folds ugly. So I redid it.

Very happy with this.
PS. I deleted the ciggy as it advocates drug use. :P

I'd pump up the contrast and outlines where you can - right now he kind of looks like a green blob - especially the outlines on the legs and pockets would add a lot i think. some more contrast between your light and dark values for each color would be very welcome as well. great start!

there is one with upped contrast.
@ AdamAtomic - I added darker outlines. I upped the contrast.
@ alkaline - i am working on it.
@ tinygiant - Nice work. Though I wish you had posted in a seperate topic so it wont distract people.

To be quite honest I like low contrast sprites and such. I also like low sat. But thats me. I find your sat to be too high for my liking.

Perhaps, but your contrast is still too low. the boots look good, but they look out of place since they are the only well-contrasted sections. His head looks like it's a little too short. This might be due to the fact that he lacks a forehead. Aside from those things, this looks pretty cool.
