EDIT: (http://i.imgur.com/qSzfJjU.png)
I've done a huge edit.

EDIT 2: (http://i.imgur.com/UoT5lK9.png)
More contrast and changes.

These are the different parts of the clothing.

I've been trying to do a female mage, but I think she doesn't look femenine enough, maybe?
Please, let me know how could I improve this.
This is the first female I ever drew.
What she has on her hand is supposed to be some kind of fire lantern.

Body shape and boobs will give him a femenine look.

Nice to see you keeping at it. I really think you ought to try using a bit more saturated colours and contrast, take a look at PPDs edit, he keeps the white fabric low sat, but does the reverse on the blue details -really makes it pop and more interesting with the higher contrast too. Yours sort of looks very uninteresting and less bold, also fades into the grey background that you have.  I think you should experiment with a wider range of contrast, and saturated colours similar to PPD's edit since low saturation has sort of been a consistent thing from the threads you've made.

While Tori is right, I don't think you really need to make the shape of the body shine more through the garmets she is wearing, I think the long hair is already suggesting enough of her being a girl IMO

I've done many edits, changed the hair's position, added more contrast and changed some outlines.
I think it's more interesting now.

Thanks for the idea, PixelPiledriver. Adding contrast has been good, but I think that changing the clothes and hair isn't really neccesary, I think it has enough details for being a normal character in my opinion.

And you're right skittle, I maybe should experimentate with more saturated colors.
