do you know some games where you move your character and the background is handdrawn like this one ?

From a top down view or 3/4 top down view and without tiles ?
Like a point and click but you control the char with arrows

There are actually plenty of games like that. I think Legend of Mana (http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps/256525-legend-of-mana/images) is one of the more well-known games to do it, of course being of the franchise that brought us SD3 and such. Then there are some others, such as the Rune Factory (http://www.gamefaqs.com/ds/961300-rune-factory-3-a-fantasy-harvest-moon/images?page=1) series of Harvest moon games which utilize 3D models over hand-drawn backgrounds.

"there are plenty" i thought there would be only very few of them
EDIT : omg legend of mana o_0 it also shows that having 8 directions sprites is really better with this kind of graphics
