You can see the last atrocity I posted up top, just to contrast ;D
I haven't pixel'd much since but here's where I am now. So is this thing completely lacking detail or is it okay? I'm not sure what else to add :blind:

Just two quick thoughts.
1. The figure's hair doesn't contrast much with the building. So it gets washed out a bit
2. You could probably add a light outline on some of the architecture so they are a bit more defined and it's more immediately apparent what the structure is doing as far as towers, corners, and that sort of thing.
