It's awesomeness reminds me of monsoon2D. Hehe, Since I don't know what it is, it's hard to crit. hmm, there could be a smoother transition between the lightest shade (the white, or near white) and the second lightest one. I know it's AA, but it's still a bit rough.

This is very cool ! The AA is quite perfect i think, and i love that King kong thingi on the top of Empire state building. yey. cant see anything wronge with it. good work!  :D

The colors could be reduced and the AA could be thinned out. A lot. Some spots just have way too much AA for my liking, like rounded corners. For example. the line on the inside of the 90 degree turn of the arm coming out of the mouth, if you look at that line's outside edge, it has two AA colors (that I could barely see the difference in tone at 6x) padding it. At 1x, it doesn't look so bad, but padding the AA more than it's needed is something I've always hated with a passion.

Hey, looking good, if a picture is worth a thousand words, then a pixel piece is worth a kilobyte of code  ;)
As for Urban decay, your missing the drug abuse.....
(do you mean actual urban decay, or is Urban Decay a name of something?)
