Title: Some type of guardian dude?

I don't want to AA it, because I might use it in a game.

I still want to animate this (Walk, Sword Attack and Punch), but I need to get the main sprite right first...

It's not really clear WHAT he is... not sure if those dots are eyes, and the arms are shaped a bit awkwardly. Work on that.

You can still AA it, even if you plan to use it in a game. As long as you only AA pixels on the inside(the inside includes every pixel that doesn't directly have a pixel of the backdrop next to it) it should be no problem to put this on different backdrops.

Not sure if the red dots are both meant to be eyes or if the lower one should be a mouth. If it's a mouth, I think it would benefit from different colors than the eye or maybe a position and shape change would also bring it out more clearly as a mouth.

Not many changes... Just fixed the arm a bit...

Both dots are eyes. The creature has no mouth.

In a game this would be viewed at 2x.

If it's gonna be a 2d game, you might as well not give it a left/right lightsource, try something like this:
