 Hello fellow pixelaters!
After a long while without a computer, I come back! Now using Graphics Gale for the first time and trying to get used with this terrible mouse.
I'm posting it while it's a really early wip so you guys can help me fix the anatomy problem and other stuff.

C&C Away!

The muscle mass and detail on the top of the body suggest a fit, buff adult man, while the lower waist and legs appear that of an obese old-man. Posture also is odd, hip placement makes it look like he's sitting, while extending a huge closed fist (a weird action).
Stand up. Right now. Do it. Throw a few punches.
Pay attention to how you're balancing your body, how your torso rotates, what your other arm naturally does. Notice the angle your legs are making to your hips.
I suggest using lines that convey a more trim look on the legs and waist, try not to use lines that "sag", meaning they aren't as concave on the lower parts than on the upper one's (of the legs and sides of the torso).

Thank you Turbo ;D

Tried to address the muscle mass issue and the pose I was aiming was a sort of Oro (SF3) punch, but the legs were kinda of screwed.
Decide to go another way, more of a funny pose, struggle.

I couldn't manage to do veins, I'm in need of some kind of reference. Thanks :)

The legs look kinda crooked, and the leaf is just temporary.
Any tips/suggestions/critics??

you could always throw some chains or ropes or something over him, so it looks like he's trying to break free rather than just looking really constipated.
-
You need to darken the crotch area so it looks like it goes \_/ rather than --- (too tired to remember the correct terms).
-
:( I like the head before the latest update! Now he just looks mad, and before he actually looked like he was truely struggling.
And I second setz's idea of chains...if you had some shackles at the wrist and chains going back.
Otherwise, this is pretty cool--though I'm unsure about the anatomy.

Hello guys!

It's looking pretty sweet, but the head looks a little to small, Bers edit is nice.
-
Bers' edit is amazing, as usual. I was going to say as I was scrolling through your steps that the arm that Bers corrected really looked too broken up into the separate muscles/regions and looked... disconnected. Even with Bers' edit, the upper region where the shoulder is still looks disconnected. I would suggest trying to get more of a graceful curve going on along the upper edge of that arm.
The head is a bit too small, I agree, for the body. I also think the little bit of muscle at the bottom left (our left) of his torso should be trimmed a little. The area around the elbow on his right arm needs to be changed. Here's what I think it should look like, but I could be wrong:

The hand on the same arm I edited also seems off to me, but I'm sure someone else could address it better than I.
