I can't seem to get the body portions or the 3/4 perspective. Also the colors look off to me.

I made these a few years ago, you can use them as a reference.

Hmm... If I used that as a reference it would probably turn out exactly like that seeing how sexy it is xD. I want to make the legs straight but I can't stand how boring that looks.

Sorry for DB. This is what I have for walking so far.

Try making the feet point forward as he walks. More times than often you cant use the idle frame in the animations.
-
K I completed changed the sprite but kept some portions the same.

Made it 8 frames and replaced the idle frame with another walking frame.
-
His shoulders arent moving at all which makes the arm movement look weird :-\

It definitely has a more natural feel thanks to the editing you did, but now he needs a little bounce in his step. Vertical movement in a walking cycle can breathe an incredible amount of liveliness into a picture; even just a vertical shift of 1 or 2 pixels down when his feet are their furthest apart will do wonders.

Here's how I solved it for mine. More or less the same base.

Head bob, made hands smaller, and fixed the legs.

It's looking pretty nice animation wise. The only problem that really needs fixing is the way the feet jump around horizontally.
Here's an edit:

K I fixed that and made the back view.... and made him taller

Thanks for all the help guys :D

Focus just on his feet. why are they jumping around like crazy?
Also, the head is moving up and down on the body, people don't do that when walking. The head bob should be a result of the whole body going downwards, not just the head.
The foreshortening on the arms isn't really working yet either, it sometimes seems as though the arms change length.

As for the feet, I tried to make it look like he pushes off his back leg. I think I fixed it now.
-
The feet still stutter and the head still moves up and down. What did you change?
-
Which one are you talk about lol.
On the back view I changed the way the feet move.
On the front view idk what i changed lol. 1 sec lemme upload.

Grr... It's not fixed yet.
EDIT:

I give up.
-
I'm talking about the front view. The feet just don't move correctly. Watch my edit and compare. Also, the head still moves up and down on the front view.
I have no problems with the back view, looks okay to me (animation wise)
-
What wrong design wise?
Side view. Made it sloppily.
