I think the face shading could need some work - maybe a bit stronger constrast and more/bigger pixel clusters (especially the forehead)

Very nice Afelium, i really dig the idea!
Some things i think were really cool: -His eyes are awesome, they sell the boss idea. -The Tie is not hue shifted but the colors works great to me. -To tell the truth his general face structure is amazing i love it. -His gigantic size makes for a pretty cool cartoon character.
Here are some things i think you could work on: -I think you could avoid the pure whites they are really strong. -You could simplify your clusters, make them bigger and with bolder statements(Specially on the face like Sersch said) -Try to hue shift all tones -You used some colors at max like 100% white and 100% Red, try to soften them a bit. -You can also push a bit your dark values, maybe I misunderstood but it seemed to me it has a strong light from the top.
Here are some notes: (https://media.giphy.com/media/3o7aDa8y1ihJRMBgZ2/giphy.gif)
And here's a paitover to show you how Iwould approach it: (https://media.giphy.com/media/3o7aCUlpMa5DVKasRa/giphy.gif)
And sorry if i messed a bit with the suit design but i really liked your concept and was having a lot of fun with it, since he is really big I enlarged some parts of the suit and made super large brighter masses.
Well, hope this helped you a bit.

single pixel pollute the image
Should I always avoid single pixels outside of a shape?or are there some situations where they are good? And,in general,in which cases are orphan pixels proper and when they aren't?
(Sorry for bad english,if you find any error, tell me)
