Working form the advice I received here (http://pixelation.org/index.php?topic=21745.0) I created a new run animation and hoping to get some feedback on it.

Looks good. It is a bit shaky now, especially if you look at the heat. Maybe it is intended to be shaky since it does make him look like he's running with force; but it would probably be a good idea to stabilize him a while you work on the animation so you get a clear grasp of the motion. You can always put the shake back when the animation is done.

I agree, it's slightly shaky, moving the character around helps a lot. You don't even have to redraw anything.

The legs stay almost in the same spot for 3 frames when they are in the back. They even go backwards in the third frame.

Finally got around to making some changes. Completely removed the up on one of the frames mention and now it's part of the propel.
