We might need some context behind it. It looks like a 3 headed slime monster of sorts? What is it supposed to be used for?

Sorry About that let me fix that, and it is a slime monster

It does actually but I just don't know what I should do from here

Made a quick edit of your slime to outline the biggest issue I saw with it. That being the dithering on the shading. The dithering gave him a rougher texture look rather than a shiny surface look.
Hopefully you can see the difference I have made in my edit:

There are a few problems with the shadows still and the light source seems to be inconsistent. I made a wee edit on the shadow of the right-most head, from that I hope you can see how I have shaped his head to be rounder and more pronounced. The last thing I would say about the entire piece is that he seems a little off balance with the left head so far out there. I personally think he would look good with just two heads but whatever.
Keep working at it! :)

The slime drops could have diverse volume.

I'll try it out and see, Thank you and should I make some in different sizes too?
-
two things you need to work on
1) material - google some reference images for slime and look how the speculars and the semi transparency works
2) character - try to give the sprite personality - you have 3 heads, make them interact somehow, give hints about their personality, try to turn it something interesting and fun to look at.

Here is an old thread that might be worth reading. Basically up the contrast a lot more to make it look like slime.
-
some experimental texturing.
i had the same idea to add a bit of character to the faces though i didn't want to change too much and keep it fairly close to the original.

I looked at the slimes and they are pretty good

That is pretty good, But should I add more detail for the slime?

some tired ramblings...
there's different types of "slime" material.
u have see-through jelly type like this little guy (http://"http://i.imgur.com/7p8Aoo7.gif") i did.
u have heavier, more opaque moss-type slime like the my edit.
then there's somewhere in-between like cyangmou did.
at this scale i think its pretty difficult to add texture detail like i did and ALSO make it a clear jelly so i opted for all detail.
but maybe its less likely a jelly substance would make detailed shapes like this anyway.
it also depends on ur usage...if ur going to animate him doing all sorts of things for example then this much detail is much more difficult to work with.
so i'd say consider ur material and work from there.
looking again at ur original design i think he looks like a very simple jelly type guy so it depends if u want to keep him like that or what.

I was just drawing if you want to know the uasge for it but also to improve my skills

for the kind of texturing in edit 2, try to refrain from using the darkest shade in areas where the light is hitting.
like top of the body where u have more light, u don't need such a dark shadow.
this helps to smooth out the texture.

So where it has dark shaded should I make them lighter? or very light? I also feel like the head on the far left looks like slime

Naturally Three Headed -Edit 3
Honestly I love the heads and the arm and that's it.. Unfortunately I Just can't seem to grasp this I might just leave it and try it again when I get to it
-
ugh don't read too much into this edit as all i can get to atm is ms paint which is frustrating me.

^ was trying to show some translucency in the material which becomes progressively easier to do with less detailed forms.
just to point out cyangmou'se edit.
i can't see his image host here so i'll need to use words instead of a graphic...
he adds some details in pink which is a complementary colour (http://p-fst1.pixstatic.com/525569f0697ab06b37000c7d._w.540_h.405_s.fit_.jpg) of green.
this is pretty common practice such as gold highlights on blue armour.
in contrast, notice the blue underlighting is next to green moving away from yellow (which is the range of the source)?
these things aren't requried but its good to be concious of the nice effect this has.

Thanks I was trying to figure out the issue
@Decroded I see but I do sorta understand colors well as far as basics like dark colors with dark like blue, red, and purple but I just don't get what?... I am doing.. wrong? I don't know but I am trying my best

Nah I wasn't saying you're doing anything wrong.
There are things to fix in each of your iterations but its difficult to say exactly how to fix them until you make some decisions.
If this piece you had a particular use we could say "doing THIS would be better for THAT use for THESE reasons".
But since you're just practicing drawing skills I wanted to give you more options to explore.
What direction you choose is up to you :y:
For example Cyangmou is a professional artist who produces game art for a living.
I think his instinct is to choose a "saleable" style that stands out against the competition.
This means it has interesting colours and character, and higher contrast and outlining that stands out against any background.
Understanding these choices is something that everyone can benefit from even if you choose not to use them.
At this point you should at least decide on the material you want.
Posting some references of what KIND of slime you like would help as I don't think you're quite sure what you want yet.
Anyway I'm rambling too much so I'll shutup :-X

I just didn't know what to do so.. yeah anyway I also have a old piece that I love but it is vary bad :-[
