Well I did a my mini character so I tried something medium. I'm open for criticism and advices ! ;3

I can't quite understand what his head is made of and it seems like something is off with his arms but I don't know exactly what or how... Maybe the negative space you let on the right arm (the one on the front) makes it look too thin and I get "thin"is something from the art style or from the characters, looking at his legs, but it still looks wrong somehow.
I like the colors of the background, the lights and everything on the signs and stuff... The character hands look real cool too!

I've finally got more time to get it ! It's almost done. What do you think about it ?

The NPA blur/glow on the "iTN" and "CANTUM" look out of place with the relatively low-colour look of everything else.
The character blends into and gets lost in the background, because the contrast level and value range in the background is the same as (and even higher than!) in the character. Try using lower-contrast colours in the background, at least in those parts of the background that are overlappable by the character (you can still have your bright neon glows high up where the character never overlaps them).

Better, but the windows are still quite high-contrast, as are other parts of the background.
