Got a reference you're using for this? Good idea to post one so we've got something to compare to.

Yeah... Loving the line art and the basic colours. Are you going to add shade to jazz up the piece? (Or was that a stupid question? :S) Anyway... Nice!
Thank you,
Dan

yeah i plan on adding shade, and maybe a few colors to make it look like it got hit with some diff color paintballs...i gotta see how itll look. But i wanna add shade and maybe some reflections for the most part.

heres my newest update...im thinking about redoing the whole thing and making it bigger, cause wow its hard to shade something that small.

Bigger? That's a great size for a gun. You just need to up the contrast a bunch. A valuable lesson that usually takes plenty of time to figure out and that makes artists feel stupid when someone points out that they haven't figured it out yet...
If you look at the second photo you took, some parts of the marker seem positively black. Others, when the light hits in the right spot, look positively white. That's what I mean about contrast. Your whole gun is in the grey part of the spectrum as it is now. Spice it up a bit. Make shades pitch black (or at least really dark) and highlights shiny white, and you'll see that depth isn't hard to manage at all if you just dare use stronger shades.

hmm, i kinda see what your saying. Maybe your right about the size. Ill check it out and see what i come up with.
