Say I have platformer tilesets that I want different colors of. Like an overall blue, red, green version of the same tileset. Is there any easy way to recolor them changing all of the shades of blue to say green or something like that? Just wondering if I will need to replace individual colors or if there was a faster way?
Any info is appreciated.

Presuming it's low colour pixel art then use and indexed image editor and just change the colours in the palette.
If not then use a colour select tool with tolerance or individually add each colour to the selection then use colour adjustments.

Grafx2 has a color-replacer tool if you right-click the flood-fill icon. Then point at a pixel, and all pixels of the same color are replaced with the color of your pen.
Typically, you'd copy the tiles you want modified to the spare page (using grab brush and 'G'rid mode), do your replacements there, and bring them back to the main page.

Tools with palette editing support, like GraphicsGale, you just select a palette entry, change the color.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the info.
