ok heres like my skelaton so far.

im thinking i should add 2 more frames inbetween to make it smoother.

You definitely do need more frames, and some subtle motion with that, like headbobbing or such, but other than that it looks... well, about as good as it can.

You might want to check Indigo's signature (or the image that used to be on his signature). It's very similar to what you're trying to do.

I have no other suggestion, because I know nothing about animation...

I think he should lean forward to emphasize that he is running and not just powerwalking or something.  It definitely needs those 2 extra frames so you can get some up/down movement in there.  A run is basically a series of very forward very short hops afterall.
