Hey all, been a long while since I've posted here. I'm working on a videogame in GM and I need some crits on my sprites:

Please, don't hold back on the crits, I want these to be perfect. (there are supposed to be low res and have a small number of frames though.)

the lack of eyes disturb me. strongly.
even just two pixels with the brown of their boots would be better than this flat face, imho.

As for the tileset, the flag and bonus looks promising but i'm left clueless by those two squares.

Maybe they were born like that...Yeah, no.

While I do kind of get where you were coming from, it's more of a stylistic choice, so that they appear more as solid blocks of color, and not a compilation of pixels. Sorry to disturb you but the eyeless-ness is here to stay. And the two boxes are just the actual tiles.

i can relate to your strange aesthetic, and i like it. i like the look of it so far. i think the nazi walking is unclear. and you might want peoples heads to move up and down as they walk. is this gonna be a sidescroller, or like that fake perspective style?

It will definetly be a sidescroller. I will change the nazi walk animation, and update the other animations too. Thanks.

This looks pretty sweet so far.  I would like to see eyes on the closeups but I think the design of the game sprites is very clear and perfect.  Looking forward to seeing new animations and graphics!

Nice work. Like the...opaqueness? of your style! Also, by chance, is this for the co-op compy? Seeing as there is two main characters and HUDS and all...Just curious.
