While you’re still in the beach area, look toward the water on the far right. There’s a tiny island or a patch of land that looks a bit isolated. You’ll see a plant or a piece of debris sticking out of the sand.

Use the vacuum.

Seriously, just keep vacuuming. There is a huge mound of sand here. As you clear it away, you’ll find a chest. Open it up, and—surprise—it's the Green Gem. You need to use Gooigi to climb up or use the nearby environment to reach a higher vantage point. Actually, the easiest way is to look for the pulley system. Use your vacuum to pull the rope, which lowers the crate. Once the crate is on the deck, smash it.
