You'll slide several studs past where you intended to stop. For players who main distractors, this is a death sentence. You can't tight-kite a Twisted when you’re drifting like a rally car. To make matters worse, an event-exclusive Twisted is guaranteed to spawn during these floors.
Most people are seeing Twisted Bobette a lot more often because of this. She was already scary, but now she’s unnerfed and lurking in the frozen hallways. If you get "Iced Over" on a late-game floor, your priority needs to shift from "finish machines" to "don't touch the walls."

Who to Prioritize: The Reworked Toon Meta
The 2025 return of the Christmas Crew came with some massive balance changes. If you’re sitting on a pile of Ornaments and wondering where to spend them, the answer has changed since last year.
- Ginger the Gingerbread Cookie: Her rework is the highlight. She used to heal by sacrificing a heart, which was... risky at best. Now, she heals Toons to full health using 100 tapes. The catch? The cost increases if you have multiple Gingers in the lobby. It makes her a top-tier support for long runs.
- Bobette the Bauble: She’s much more user-friendly now. There’s a visible timer above her head when her ability is active. Plus, she gives a 25% speed boost that lingers for five seconds after you leave her aura. This is huge for getting teammates out of a pinch.
- Coal the Pet Rock: Coal’s active ability cooldown got slashed from 100 seconds down to 30. He went from being a "meh" pick to a legitimate tanking option for teams that need to buy time.
- Rudie the Reindeer: Rudie stayed mostly the same, but he’s still the cheapest entry point at 300 Ornaments. He's the "starter" event Toon, but don't sleep on his utility.

How to Survive the 2026 Wrap-Up
The event is scheduled to wrap up on January 16, 2026. That gives you just enough time to finish your Masteries. Remember, completing the Mastery for the Christmas Toons unlocks their "Vintage" skins, which are some of the cleanest designs in the game.
What you should do right now:
- Check the Quest Wall: The Advent quests are the most efficient way to get Ornaments without grinding floors for six hours straight.
- Practice on Ice: Go into a low-floor run and just practice moving on the "Iced Over" tiles. Learn the slide distance. It will save your life on Floor 20+.
- Buy the Stickers: They’re 250 Ornaments each. Dandy and Dyle have exclusive ones this year that look great on the lobby walls.
- Save your Tapes: If you have a Ginger on your team, don't waste tapes on small repairs. Let her do the full heal when someone is at one heart.
