3. Inside Random Play (The Magazine Rack)

There’s also a crumpled piece of sheet music in a trash can near the VIP elevator during the Morning hours. Making the Achievement Pop
A quick tip: sometimes the camera is finicky. If you take a photo and it doesn't count, try zooming in or out. The game wants to see the poster clearly in the center of the frame.
