I think you have a lot of tallent, but I think your outlines look a little sloppy.

The shading looks complex in some areas, then very simple in others.  One suggestion might be not to use black for the entire outline.   ;D

For example, you can try using dark-blue around the dress.

The sprite it self is good, but the outline is a little messy, and try to use different colors so instead of shade with a darker blue try to use a dark purple colour.

btw I dont think you should use Jpg it's ruin the whole picture so its quite hard to help...you can use, almost any artprogram to make them into Gif.

good drawing. you might wanna bring her eyes a lil closer together and do something with that neckless, instead of leaving it black. oh and don't save it as jpeg. shes a pretty cool character.

Hate to be the third person to say don't save as .jpg, but I remember other people complaining that photobucket automatically converts .BMPs to .JPG. Just thought I would mention that if you originally uploaded it as a .BMP and are wondering what happened.

No no no no.... you don't save as Bitmap .bmp. You should save as .gif or .png. That way I don't think photobucket will convert it. Photobucket only converts bmps to jpgs I think.

Anti Aliasing (sp?) A technique to make rough edges look tasty and smooth.

Bitmaps are far too large for net use (from what I understand) .gif is good, but I use .png.

BTW, what program did you use to make this? The "wrinkles" look auto AA'd.
Also, I dunno if this is a side effect of the unfortunate conversion, but the lines look a bit messy. A good start, from what I can see, but a little cleanin' up could do it some good. Keep at it.
