my monster is almost done - just need to add a background, nothing intense but something better than just transparency.

i am quite confident about my design - but whether my pixels skills are good enough to pull it off.... only time will tell!

I'm quite confident, actually, I think, technique wise, this may be my best efford yet.

Mine is done too.
It looks nice but I'm not sure if it's enough for Delgneith since I don't know anything about his skills so I can't say I'm confident.
Does scaling an image blur it?

O' $#!*.
Does it have to just be a monster alone? Like, just a monster? Nothing but a monster? I mean, I know it can be a scene or a sprite or what have you, but the monster has to be just a monster or a monster with a monster and not with a non-monster? I mean, yeah?

Backgrounds are allowed. The main focus though should be the monster.

maybe that answers your question? i'm sure you could have a monster and a non-monster in the foreground. i would assume that anything with the monster in the spotlight would be fine. i mean if you drew a monster eating some guy and then they said you could only have a monster in the foreground, well that'd be just silly.
thanks Dogmeat!
