Need help with this running animation

Hello i'm trying my first animation in pixel art, I alredy did the idle animation and it's not to bad i think, but i'm having troubles with the running animation can anyone helpme to improve what's wrong? I didn't painted the arms alredy just animated the legs cuz im having troubles there



Btw anyone know where can I find a running template by 32x32?

something like a template isn't gonna help you here. You just have to find a reference for the animation and replicate those movements. For now i think most of the walking animation looks fine, you only miss 1 frame between the 6th and 7th frame of the walking animation. Other than that try to  keep the size of everything consistent.
