Fair enough! I think his hair works as is (it is short, after all) but looks a bit rigid. Try to play around to make it feel less like a helmet, some mild bouncing with his lil doodlybop and deformation on the bangs might do it.
I'd also reccomend removing a couple middle frames, it feels too "smooth" for a proper run.
