#pixelation "PT" Has passed away!!

Hello all friends and Pixelers!

It is with great greif and sadness that i inform that PT has passed away.



I recieved this message on MSN yesterday:

2005-09-05  18:31:48  R.I.P  Hello... I'm Sipuli/PT's brother...
2005-09-05  18:32:04  R.I.P  Im sad to inform you, that he passed away...

At first i was thinking that is was some kind of joke, but death is not something his brother would joke about.
His death is very sudden to all of us, and we still can't believe that he's not longer with us.

We who know him well miss him ALOT! The chat yesterday night at #pixelation (IRC) was filled with "Hope this isn't true", "Is it really true" etc..
PT's faourite hobbies was parkour - he participated in some movies, IRC (he spent ALOT of time with us there) and spending time with his friends in finland.
He was only 17 years old, full of life and joy.

PT, We will miss you and want you back every day!

I'm sorry to hear about this. I didn't know PT outside of his posts here. Did his brother mention the specifics of PT's death?

I wasn't at home when PT's brother informed me, and when i got home i couldn't ask about the details.
But if i would asume a reason for his dead, it would be his heart. He had some heart problems.
Earlier this summer he was in the hospital about a month, then to change hi current pacemaker that didn't function properly.

But i hope that his brother starts his computer and gives me a change to talk to him about it.

I didn't know him on a personal level I only knew him by his sig and avy.  Death is something that is very difficult to deal with.  My best friend Jason died when I was 13.  He died due to cancer.  I found out by a phone call, his mother called when I was watching G Phoria.  Going to the funeral was the hardest part.  I hope PTs art and spirit shall live on.

Approaching death is something everyone must overcome. It is unfortunate that one must face it at such a young age. I can only hope the voyage be a peaceful one.

Jeez, there are a lot of deaths recently. I didn't know the guy personally, but I pray his next life is rich. Its hard to believe how soon someones life is snatched away from them. Only 17 ... jeez. I feel so ungrateful.

I'm afraid all I knew of PT was his sig. So sad, 17 years old... his life was just getting started.

heh, I chatted to him once, he told me about his parkour hobby, and how it helped him fight his heart disease.

it really is a shame, but I think he saw it coming, and I think he took it a good way , he decided to do parkour and keep himself lively while he was alive, instead of crying about it and make the time preceeding his death a living death, it sounds to me like he really took advantage of the little time he had. I hope I am that mature when my time comes.

At first I didn't believe the news but... I talked to PT quite often on IRC a while back. We shared a lot of laughs and art and lots of time. He was an awesome person to get to know. The one thing I regret is that the letter and drawing I sent to him never reached his place... : (

Sorry PT, looks like I failed you on that aspect. But if we ever meet in Heaven, I'll deliver it to you personally. I swear it.

As many have mentioned, I only knew him by his signature. That sig reminded me of a friend who loves parkouring as well. I remember noticing a small update of that little animation, and everytime I saw his posts I would check to see if there is another little parkour update. It really got me to thinking after reading this topic...

fuck, I come back after finals to find out one of my fellow UT clansmen passed away :\

Yeah, he was dependent on a pacemaker and had a rare recessive genetic disorder that affected his nervous system.  Parkour probably helped him cope physically but to be honest he was usually really upbeat and rarely talked about those difficulties... I can honestly say that those who didn't really know him missed out, and those of us that did, even a little bit, are going to miss him.  I'm definitely down for ANY kind of tribute we could make in his memory.

R.I.P Mate! Like most others i remmeber him by his cool animated avatar and his loved sig. Like the others i was always waiting for an update.

I don't think it would be rightchess to complete it. I think we should make a pixel piece of a statue using his photo for a revrence. So he is never forgotten.
