Destiny Sprites

Good day to you All,
I'm searching for a pixelartist who could create some pokemon character styled Animations with some Destiny characters with guns
So for the characters they should look sort of like this:

And they should sort of be arranged if possible like this

I'd like to create a co-op sort of Destiny styled open world 8bit game for mobile Devices with that.
