Looks nice!
The texture looks odd in the middle of her face though. Are you mirroring the texture?
I can see the same type of distortions in various spots.

As for the texture itself, you should try darkening beneath the jaw for more depth and also moving the eyes down a bit.

If you don't mind I'd like to look at the UV mapping, I've started learning 3D recently as well and I love low-poly models.

Not bad for a first model!

If you're going to keep the texture this low-res though, you should definitely have it unfiltered. I haven't played with SketchFab enough to know if that's on your end or theirs though.

I think her hairline looks too far up on her head. If you look at most heads, even stylized, the hairline comes in just short of 2/3 of the way up. Her hands are a bit blobby right now, I'd recommend making them a little more defined or more circular, depending on what you're going for.

Geometry-wise, there's a few extra loops that don't seem necessary on her back, and especially the back of her hair. If you'd prefer not to take any out, you should beef up the polygons around the rest of her a bit to maintain a consistent level of detail. She's not exactly modeled with deformation in mind either. If you want her to be able to bend at the elbows and such, remember to add at least two edge loops at the joints.

I'm assuming you used symmetry to unwrap her. If you were to unwrap her face without mirroring you could make the eyes slightly different, which would go a long way toward making her look less copy-paste from side to side.

Happy modeling! :D

For a first attempt, this is actually really good. I like the overall design of the character.

I do have to ask though, are the arms meant to be that high when in the T pose? I'm not sure what program you're using to make it right off, so this may be normal.

Also, at certain angles, I can look between her face and hair to see out the back of her head. this is a minor problem, though.

ok, this is really my area, so I'm going to write you a review as soon as I can. not now cause I have to go to lunch! but really nice work for a first model. there's a few optimizations to make, but you are definitely on the right track!
Image size doesn't matter! It's what you do with your pixels that counts!
