I was watching Cyangmou , who actually suggested this site to me. This is how I even found out about it.

Picarto is usually where I go to see artist work and get inspiration. I would love to see more pixel artists there.

Does picarto allow for archiving of the stream for replay and upload to youtube?

as far as I know just if you have premium.

If you use OBS you can set it to record your stream automatically.
