another boring walk cycle...

what do you think ? I tried to animate his body more but it felt awkward no matter what i tried...

I animate his glasses and add shadow under his nose. :)

Yeah, i was thinking about something like this too for a moment. I even tried it but for this character it's not what i'm looking for.
In fact, i wonder if this walk is too stiff or is it ok ? With the obstruction of lo res it's quite hard to animate the torso without overdoing it...

He does look a bit stiff cause his hips and shoulders aren't moving. I don't have the time for an edit right now, but maybe you should try to twist his shoulders and hips for 1 pixel accordingly to movement of his arms and legs. If hips looks weird try just moving his shoulders. Also your character is slightly lean backward, if you move him a bit forward and do the "twisting" maybe it wont be weird.
