Hurray Mathias is back;
 he left with a great animation.
Though these angular objects.. I'd have to agree, are not his strong point.
Yet all the better reason to tackle them down now. The toons on the other-hand... dayum!

This thread is getting too good (daunting almost; how bad-ass it gets).

Been working on lots of things lately.. some to be shown soon (likely).

Recently, I made an R&B logo sample for a potential client; I should be working on that now, but I'm not getting any good ideas. Hopefully the person who requested it is as laid back as I am about it (1st design/ rough prototype):

Just getting a basic shape down with incomplete elements... kind of a mock-up.
I dislike them;  but they're based on what was asked for. At this point, with this initial visual, I hope we can move on and trigger more ideas.
The client wants it more realistic yet logo-like at the same time.

Cyangmou, Did you post the wrong file? It's the same as yesterday's.

Cross post from my devlog in the Top Secret section, because why not.

@||||
Is it meant to be viewed x2+ ? I love it but I find it hard to read on x1 (look who's talking...)
Also love your logos before, though they look too detailled for "logo" purpose imo; as an idea/mockup it's solid though

@ Pix3M
Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice~ Look very... gore actually. Yuck.
Might want to tweak some frame's delay a bit, though (mostly... slowing the first ones? I think?) to give it more punch?

Haha, if it makes it less disturbing, it was referenced from a slow-motion video of a water melon exploding: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hMjL76obRLI I later realized that it makes for a really good reference for gory explosions

I'll give that a try when I polish this up to stick into a portfolio or something.
