Shakaw, you seriously just did that rpg style, and for that, I freaking love it, not to mention it looks like a classic character sheet from something like elder star I think it was called. But either way, good nostalgia factor on that. I love the picture.

Good job on refining the animation on the grass and leaves, I would simply say don't make it TOO smooth to keep the nostalgia factor. And remember on animations. NO FREEZE FRAMES!

I would say literally one or 2 more frames would literally perfect your grass! Just know it's a NES game, nothing TOO advanced, so that it keeps that retro feel! but otherwise, I love it, it has a good nostalgic factor.

Also while your at it, maybe make his/her arm with the sword fan out to the side and swing toward your POV(Point of view). That way not only it's human like not like a robot, but so that it's realistic, and maybe he/she flourishes the sword upon swing. Or if they swing they spin around and get Dizzy.

Pixel Art / Re: Help With Knight Running Sprite

The knight himself looks like his legs blend in when he walks, I think It'll be easier to animate if you change the lighting a bit on our knight here and I think it'll give others, or if you're making a video game, our players/Audience a better understanding of how this knight is, but also take note into account, 1. What is his/her personality? 2. Is he/she injured? 3. Is he/she traveling over terrain or flat tile?

I've finished on The smaller one, but I don't have enough space to do the buildings or neon lights or holograms, so I think after I finish the face on my 360 x 360 x 24 bit I think I'll refine his sword and start on the buildings, thanks for the critique bro!

Pixel Art / Re: New to pixel art

I know I'm new myself but these pieces are REALLY good for beginning, I agree with Mystery, but if you want, redo them, size wise so you can do more detail, this'll also give you more opportunity to work on more refined animations. So My suggestions is remake them except BIGGER and experiment and play around from there!

I'm going for a dark surroundings, like a cyberpunk city in the night, and I know his visor is typycally dark except for the lights(The yellow/orange) Which resemble his eyes. I also DID manage to do a micro version of this piece, I went bigger so I could get more detailed.
