My friend and i are two programmers on the unreal engine 4, but cannot do pixel art at all(its really bad). So we are looking for a person to help us. We plan on making this rogue game revolve around a time traveler who looks like a steampunk/madhatter/timetraveler look and we would also be needing enemy art too.
