We are a team of two people who are developing a 2D platformer/RPG calles "Shapes".
The only issue is that we can't draw. We tried doing the art ourselves but it didn't turn out very well.
You would receive a share of the revenue when the game launches but we could give a payment before the game launches as well if we see you're doing good work.
We don't expect a professional artist to respond to this(tough it would be nice), so don't be afraid to contact us if you think you're work isn't going to be good enough.
