Title: Best examples of SNES style top down RPG sprites and tilesets?

Does not have to be from the SNES just anything that captures the style of those types of games.

I will add Star Ocean (SNES), the wild sceneries are rich and charming.

Most people would say Final Fantasy 6 (3 in the USA), the game provides many very different environments, but I think each one could easily have looked better if the artists had more tiles at their disposal.
