Title: How to make a challenge?

I want to make a challenge where people make pixel art with restricted color gamut, such as grayscale or no red channel. How do I make a challenge? The category for challenges appears to be closed.

First of all, this question isn't pixel-art, so obviously it was moved to general discussion.

Second - I don't know why challenges are locked. Probably so challenges with a lack of quality don't get showcased. Lack of replies means people don't know, though. Why not wait for a proper answer instead of being impatient?

Just thought you'd like a reply.

The Challenges & Activities board is locked because it is reserved for "official" or approved challenges and activities. If you wanna start anything yourself, do it in General Discussion and we can move it if it's good, or PM us your idea first, whichever you prefer.
